Workbook Topics

In the past, Farmhall Aviation Training offered Individual workbooks covering different parts of the Transport Canada Commercial Pilot licence syllabus. Feedback from students has led us to consolidate these into a single textbook that is available either as a pdf download or as a printed book.

Textbook Format

The Commerical Pilot Textbook is a ring-bound, letter-size book of over 350 pages as shewn in the picture below. This format allows the book to be opened flat on a table for making notes.

The textbook covers the Transport Canada syllabus and more. Where it is felt that the syllabus is insufficient to produce a rounded and professional pilot, additional material has been added.

The CPL workbooks, consisting of hundreds of non-multiple-choice questions designed to challenge students during groundschool instruction are still available from Farmhall Aviation Training on demand.
